Food-Grade Safe Quality – Each drinking horn mug and shot glass are coated in a premium lacquer that makes them perfect for enjoying cold beers, thick meads, and delicious ale like a true Viking.
Are the horns ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We are proud to source only ethically obtained horns from cruelty-free farms that champion animal welfare.
Is it safe to use hot or cold beverages in the Horn Mugs?
Our Viking drinking horns and shot glasses are perfect for any cold drink. We do not recommend drinking hot liquid unless you buy the hot coffee Horn Mugs which is designed to handle hot liquid.
How do I care for my Horn mugs?
Wash with cool water before and after use, using mild soap and a soft sponge or
brush.
Towel dry your horn immediately after washing
Keep out of extreme heat or cold extreme temperature may cause it to crack
Avoid dishwashers and microwaves
Do not make contact strong detergents or chemicals.
Do not use with sharp objects as the horn surface can scratch
Do you provide custom engravings?
Currently, we do not offer custom engravings for orders by the piece. However, if you are going to place a wholesale order at the Viking Culture, please contact us at support@thevikingculture.com, and we will engrave a custom phrase on your Viking ware!
Is there a possibility of ordering a Horn mug with a specific color or pattern?
Horn mugs are a natural product therefore it is not a possibility to customize the color or pattern. We do ensure that the size and weight are all within the same range of each size selected.

Do you ship internationally?

How do you calculate shipping cost?
We’ve got great news for you - all shipping to the US is on us! If you live outside the US, your shipping fee will be calculated automatically at the checkout.
When will I receive my order?
At the Viking Culture, we strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Regular orders take 3-7 business days shipped anywhere in the U.S. Please allow a few additional days to Canada and Europe. If you have not received your order on the estimated delivery date, please contact our manager at support@thevikingculture.com, and we will update you with arrival time.
What do I do if I received a damaged item?
If you received a damaged or defective item, send us product photos at support@thevikingculture.com within 30 days upon receipt to initiate a return or an exchange. As soon as your case is approved, we will provide you with a full refund, or send you a new item.
